I swear that 2020 has been on hyper speed since it started and I’m feeling v nostalgic for 2019 (the year that never ended). I know I’m not alone when I say that this weekend’s events have made me take a pause and really reflect on the blessing that our lives are. I don’t want to dwell too much on this because this is going to be a fun, happy post, but I can’t just pretend like it hasn’t been on my mind, on my feed, and in my conversations for the last 72 hours. One of the reasons why I love my blog is that it makes things light. It keeps me light, and with all of the dark our would experiences, I need some light. Maybe you do too.
With all of that being said, I reflected all the way back into my first official year as a blogger and user of liketoknow.it! Now, some people who are unfamiliar with my page may not know (although I explain it here!) that I do get some commission if you purchase items using the links on my liketoknow.it page. Some of you may not like that at all and some of you will make a point of using my links when you order things because you know it helps me out! I totally respect both opinions because honestly, money is nice, but the info I get from how y’all interact with my posts is what I appreciate the most! Every time you LIKE one of my posts in the liketoknow.it app or screenshot one of my pictures (after registering your e-mail with liketoknow.it), I get that info back and can use it to analyze what y’all liked and what you weren’t too excited about. Even though my blog and instagram are all about MY personal style, it is nice to be able to alert y’all to sales and steals! Some of y’all have even gone out of your way to ALERT ME to when my favorite pieces are on sale and it’s AMAZING that we have such a cute little AATV community that way. 
Now, to look at the breakdown of what we loved this year! Here are the top pieces y’all shopped in 2019!
1 .Unfortunately, Amazon has stopped showing me EXACTLY what you order when you order from their site. One thing for sure is, y’all love some AMAZON! To make up for the lack of specificity, here are some of my favorites!
2. This pink blazer was popular since the first time I posted it! I honestly still love the fit and need to take it to the cleaners ASAP! It’s available in a few other colors and goes on sale every once-in-a-while!
3. So there was a point earlier in the year that Amazon allowed me to see which items you were purchasing and THIS romper that I wore in Cancunwas a true favorite of y’all’s. it’s probably because it’s easy to use in a beach environment comes in SO MANY colors. I have my eye on the hot pink one myself.

4. There was so much excitement around the Target 20th Anniversary collection and I wished over and over again that I could have bought more pieces. The one I did buy was a hit with y’all!
5. Maybe this maxi dress was so popular because I wore it SO often this summer. I will probably wear it a lot next summer too!
6. This purse is a dupe for this Cult Gaia purse. I finally took the plung4e this summer and it was so easy to switch to this purse for a beach weekend!
7. it’s not secret that I love adding yellow pieces to my closet! These flatforms have been a part of my closet for so long that they’re not available in the same color anymore, but I did find a similar version for you to check out! The heel is way cuter on this new version if you ask me!
8. Cancun was a VERY popular trip for y’all and so were the pieces I used on the trip! This scalloped one piece was very popular with y’all! It was my go-to all summer because it worked great with my maxi dress, or under other beachy clothing!
9. One of the biggest moments for me in 2019, was getting the opportunity to host an event at Kendra Scott! Thedress I wore to the event was also a HUGE hit with y’all! Right now, different colors are on MAJOR sale! There are also some new colors to shop!
10. Coming in at the end of the year, were the Gigietta boots that I originally ordered during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. O.M.G. these shoes are my favorite booties ever! You do need to size up a half size, but they’re the perfect fit once you do!

Today’s look was a total target steal! I got this dress for $12 and sadly, is on longer available. I did link up some similar versions for y’all from amazon though! These shoes have also been favorites of mine through the years! They come out in a different but similar style every year and I buy a pair. I have gold and white and may need to add black or cognac to my collection!
