Must-Have Spring and Summer Shoes

So, it’s been a minute since I wrote a post. A week exactly. OMG.  I just brunched and slobbed so hard over my four-day weekend that I could not convince myself to sit down or to get some photoshoots done.  Can’t win ’em all (insert shrug emoji). This left me time to put together an awesome list of spring must-have shoes.

Anyway, I hope that y’all had a wonderful Easter with your families! I love the Spring time because of all the must-have spring shoe styles that come around.  My favorite part, in case you haven’t noticed, are all of the different types of shoes! I’ve been leaning more toward neutral colors  for shoes, but the spring time really gets me excited for pops of color!

Another detail I’m loving for shoes, and really all other accessories, are pearls. Pearl clips are HUGE right now, and while I haven’t fallen in love with a set of clips, I have fallen in love a million times over with these pearl sandals from Leith.

I’m also loving the newest version of my Marc Fisher espadrilles from last fall. Y’all loved them every time I posted them, and I HIGHLY debated on getting the black version, but the white ones are on my list of things “to buy” once I get paid! Is that normal? Do I have a problem? Don’t answer those questions.

The Dress

I have worn this outfit about 2-3 times already since I ordered the dress from amazon. Oops! It’s really comfortable and light, which is perfect for our hot, South Texas weather.  Y’all know I am always overheating, and I was cool as a cucumber when I shot this look one, HUMID afternoon. I cannot wait to order the spaghetti strap version for our trip to Cancun! It’ll be great as a cover-up and with a bralette.

Also, these heels…I’ve worn them twice. My feet have not ached, my ankles are in tact, and I do not fear a rolled ankle at every step. If you get one espadrille in your life let it be these. As with most investment pieces I purchase, (for me that’s anything $70 and over…can you relate or nah?) I waited a long time (one year) before giving these a shot, and I am sad to say that one year later, I am so sad I waited SO long! They are a must-have spring shoe!  It is offered in all the colors you could ever need! Okay, I’m done. CHECK THEM OUT!
