This sale caught me completely by surprise! I actually thought it was next week, but when I was watching my favorite you tube videos on Monday morning, I realized that I was a week behind. If that’s any indication of how my month is going…YIKES! Anyway, the Sephora Summer Bonus Sale is another opportunity for VIB and VIB Rouge members to receive a discount on their favorite products!
I’ve posted about my favorite Sephora products before, (here) but for this post I wanted to share items that I am interested in trying. I won’t be shopping the sale until Friday because I’m an uber responsible adult and am going to wait until I get paid (Sidebar: Adulting stinks, sometimes). Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Lipstick 2– I would tell you which color I want in this lipstick, but I kind of want multiple. The Carina Star is such pretty coral red, but I fear that it wouldn’t look as pretty on me. I’ll have to try it in real life, but this lipstick (in the regular tube) has the creamiest formula! I love using this when my lips feel dried out from days of liquid matte lipstick. I think it’s good to change it up!
NARS Wanted Palette Mini- I love a mini palette! I have never used NARS eyeshadows, so I think a mini palette is also a good way to start! This palette has a good amount of sparkly and shimmery shadows and some matte ones as well!
Beauty Blender Cleanser (& set!)– I believe I was conflicted about whether I liked the solid or the liquid beauty blender cleanser in my last Sephora post. The war is over and the battle has been won by the liquid cleanser! I use this on my beauty blender every. single. day. If you saw my make-up tutorial from the other day, you know that I’m out. Unfortunately the top of mine cracked at Disney World (totally my fault!) and I couldn’t take it on the plane! I am FOR SURE grabbing this set because for the price of 2 BBs I can get 3 things! Yaaasss to a good deal!

Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Mask– Let me reiterate that I LOVE the OG Watermelon Sleep Mask from Glow Recipe. This eye melt is one of the latest products from this clean, cruelty-free, and vegan brand (let’s applaud brands that do this whenever they can!) and I am ALWAYS in need of a good eye serum!
NARS Orgasm Mini Set– I am a fan of sets and I am a fan of minis! Heres why: with all of the fun make-up there is to try on in the world (I mean, I feel like there’s a new product to try every single day) a mini is all you need. I’m always searching for a staple and I think a mini gives me a great opportunity to test something for a long period of time without investing in something I don’t LOVE! With that being said, I love NARS products and really want to test this lipstick and gloss! WOWZA!
Lancome Monsieur Big Birthday Set– I feel like I talk about this mascara all the time, but it just merits the praise! It only requires one pump to get flawless lashes with volume and length! In this set you get a full-size mascara, a trial size, AND a cute hot pink mirror for your bag for the price of one mascara. I tell ya, I love the sets!
Bareskin Complete Coverage Serum Concealer– A friend of mine requested a recommendation for a light concealer with great coverage a few days ago. I thought about it and remembered this concealer I used all throughout graduate school! I loved it because it blended into my skin and moisturized it so well. It also does well for coverage of dark circles and acne. The shade range is a little limited, but I am thinking of giving this another shot!
Clinique Acne Solutions Clearing Gel- I’ll be sharing more about my opinions on the Clinique acne solutions next week, but for now I will say that this gel is awesome! I love using post treatments at night and this one was great. I’m going to stop there because I’m going to leave that for the post! 😉
