This is a blog post that I have planned at least 17 times since purchasing my Golden Goose sneakers during the pandemic! These shoes are a hot topic- controversial even. The facts: they’re expensive. This is the drama behind the controversy. Some of these shoes run up to $700- which, I understand, is ridiculous. I bought mine secondhand. I’m here to plead my case in defense for the golden goose sneaker trend though. Sit tight!

Well that was an unexpected hiatus! When I think about how “not sick” I was these past two weeks, I come the conclusion that I was actually “pretty sick.” With all the buzz about coronavirus, I’m glad I took a half day to rest on Friday.
