Sephora Holiday Beauty Event

Hello, friends! I am so sorry to say that I won’t be able to do more than just a post for all of my Sephora favorites. I’m feeling a tiny bit sick with a headache and some nausea- I’m thinking I’m dehydrated, so no photos for me today! Regardless, today and tomorrow are the last days of the Sephora Holiday Beauty Event, which is a great time to stock up on your favorites and maybe some holiday gifts! I’ll separate some sections for y’all below and hopefully you find something you like!

New to Me

I got a few new things that I will go into detail on- sick or not, I love blogging, haha!  My skin has been doing weird things lately, so I wanted to buy an exfoliant to use in the shower. I’ve shared before that I make sure that everything I use is pregnancy safe (head to this post this post for more details) and this one checked out. Of course, check with your doctor for 100% confidence. I’ve also been loving new skincare products from The Ordinary (the azelaic Acid moisturizer really helped with my hormonal acne!) and The Inkey List. The Cleansing Balm and Caffeine Eye Cream are under $10 and GET THE JOB DONE! It kills me to spend money on things that MAY NOT work for me.

For my hair, I bought my favorite dry shampoo and got 2 for $35. I hate buying dry shampoo for some reason, so these should last me a while. I haven’t tried the updated formula, but this one does the job! More excitedly, I purchased this Ouai Texturizing spray in a mini size. I don’t usually use hair spray, but enjoy texture sprays because my hair responds well to it naturally and when it’s styled.

For make-up, I have to recommend the Charlotte Tilbury Foundation (which was gifted to me, so I didn’t re-purchase yet). I really love how smooth and healthy this makes my skin look! I also scored some of the Tarte Lip Balms (they have a glossy feel to them). I’m excited for thee because I LIVE with dry lips, so a little balm does a lot for me! The way these are packaged make great gifts as well! You could gift anywhere from 1-4 people for $35. That’s a win for me!

Old Favorites

There are just some things I can’t quit. I’m not using my usual it cosmetics! Illuminating CC+ cream right now because it has Retinoid in it, but you better believe I’m counting down the days!
